Skip the line and pre-order tickets by Venmo. Tickets are $1 each and can be picked up from 12-4 pm in the gym on Friday, October 9 or Saturday at the will-call line. Venmo @WasatchFamilyFoundation and write "tickets." Please don't send emojis. Tickets are required for children's crafts and can also be used to buy fresh apple cider, bake sale goodies and school farm produce.

Gaga Ball Tournament with Mr. Woody

We will be hosting a Gaga Ball Tournament for Grades 5 and Up in our Gaga Ball Pit near the outdoor classroom from 11:30-1:30. We will be signing up 32 teams of 2 people. Alumni and adults are welcome. Consider being a parent and child team or two alums. Both members of the team must be in Grade 5 and up. Registration will open in Weekly Notes on October 2, so get your teammate rounded up soon.

Vendor booth application

It will take most parents/guardians pitching in to volunteer their time and effort. Some ways you'll be asked to help:

Your class's Parent Coordinators will contact you with specific tasks where your grade is being asked to volunteer. If your child enjoys the Harvest Festival, please volunteer if you can. There are lots of volunteer tasks with many options to choose from. Sign up in Track it Forward by scrolling down this page to the buttons. 

We will need many homemade treats to be sold at the Bake Sale! Drop off your donation of homemade pies, breads, cakes, jams, and cookies on Friday, October 9 from 8:30 am to 11 am at the gym door. 

Join in one of our Children's Crafts' preparation sessions for parents only (we want the crafts to be a surprise for the children) on: Monday, September 28 in the outdoor classroom from 8:45 am to 11 am.; or Tuesday, September 29 upstairs at the kinderhouse from 6:30pm to 8 pm; or Tuesday, October 6 from 8:45 am to 11 am in the outdoor classroom. No crafting experience or artistic ability is necessary! 

Our School is 10! We are celebrating the opening of the Wasatch Waldorf Charter School 10 years ago this month. At the Harvest Festival, members of the Governing Board will be offering 10th Birthday Cake to the first 300 people at the grade school campus. Stop by to see the photo display of each school year since our founding.

We have limited space for artisan vendors, so vendor applications are due on September 30. We may not be able to accommodate everyone who wants to be a vendor this year. Applications are here: Vendors - Wasatch Family Foundation

We'll make space and have these things at the grade school campus, just a little more cozy: Bake Sale and School Lunch Soups, Class Performances, Children's Crafts and Jump-rope making, Grade 6 Business Math vendor booths and artisan and craft vendors. 

Tickets will be sold at both locations (school grounds and Farm Field). 

We'll have more space for parking at the Senior Center and behind Holladay Lions Rec Center.

Since we are adding new classrooms to our school, the space available for the Harvest Festival will be a bit different for this year. We will be having the Harvest Festival at both the front of the grade school grounds and also at our school farm! 

Since the school farm had an abundant harvest of corn this year, we will be able to have a Corn Maze for children in Grade 4 and Under. The eighth grades will be making and hosting the corn maze this year. 

We are offering UPick (with our help) at the school farm rather than having a farm stand. The seventh graders will be our Harvest Helpers to guide families who want to UPick from our bounty! 

Also at the farm, we will be offering Hay Rides with our tractor and trailer. Parents MUST accompany children on the short hay ride, no exceptions.
