For the coming school year, eurythmy classes will focus on exercises for balance, grace, and precision. Through stories, rod exercises, and music, the sounds of language and music will be integrated into the life of feelings and the physical body of each student.
Shakespeare said "music expresses that which cannot be said and on which it is impossible to be silent." Through eurythmy we make what is essential in music visible through movement that develops and expresses the deeper values of being human.
